Dr. Alvarado was born in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his graduate study at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Beginning his practice in 2001, Dr. Alvarado and the Lakes Family Dental have continued his tradition of dental excellence by proudly serving the greater McAllen and Edinburg area since July of 2001.

Dr. Benavides is a  Rio Grande Valley native, born in McAllen, TX. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas Pan-American and further received a Masters in Public Health at Texas A&M School of Public Health. Dr. Benavides attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. During his training, he was able to provide superior care and consultation  to his patients.
