Appointments

At The Lakes Family Dental we believe in treating each of our patients with individualized care and attention.  When we schedule an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you. As an additional courtesy to our patients we confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to reach you by telephone we ask that you please return our call to confirm your appointment. Aside from rare emergency situations you can expect to be seen on time, and we ask that you reciprocate this courtesy. In order for our office to maintain our exceptional level of care we require 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.  This allows another patient in need to utilize this time and receive the care they require.

Insurance and Billing

Dental insurance is an arrangement between you and the insurance company to help pay for your dental care. The Lakes Family Dental accepts most major dental insurance plans. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to inquire as to whether we accept your particular insurance plan. As part of our exceptional care and service our insurance specialists will take care of your insurance paperwork, saving you time and frustration. Our relationship and commitment is to you -- not your insurance company.
